Board of Directors Meeting Schedule

The Pine Valley board welcomes and encourages all residents of the community to attend the monthy Board of Directors meetings.

Meetings for the 2019 year will be held on the 3rd Wednesday every other month:

  • January 17
  • March 21
  • May 8 at Providence Center (Guest Presentation regarding Association Insurance)
  • July 10
  • September 11 (Budget Meeting)
  • October 9 (Annual Meeting)
  • November 13

Meetings are held at 710 Spoon Court unless otherwise notified. Signs are placed near the entrance of the community prior to each meeting to confirm the date and time.

Please note, all dates are subject to change. Please verify that the meeting is still planned before heading out. The board respectfully requests that if you have any questions or concerns, please submit them in writing, or via e-mail, so that we can accurately provide the best possible answer for you.

Common question: What is a 'Quorum?'

Answer: A Quorum is defined as the minimum number of owners required to hold an official meeting of the association. The number of owners required can vary greatly according to the corresponding association's governing documents. Additionally, a majority of the Directors must be present for a Quorum.

The Annual Meeting requires a minimum number of owners on the first meeting attempt. If the quorum is not met on the first date, those who show up on the second date would automatically constitutes a Quorum.
